3. A Herd Animal in Service

The Icelandic horse has been moulded by the environment, just like the people who settled the country. Because of Iceland´s location in the North Atlantic, both humans and animals learned that supplies are necessary to survive the long winter. The horse is very good at adapting, and at times it seems there are no limits.
